wholesome meal, packed and loaded with dimensional flavours. A complete meal which

what we tried and enjoyed:
Pork burger
Ingredients - Pulled pork, Goan chorizo aioli, popti chili ketchup,
gunpowder plantain chips
Review – This one is surely a showstopper. Tangy, juicy and an
ultimate delish quotient. A must try for sure!
Fried fish burger
Ingredients - Battered sole, kerala caper and dill aioli, purple
cabbage slaw
Review – A fish burger is always a delight. This one is a
wee-bit low on flavours but it maintains the balance and freshness of the fish.
The purple cabbage slaw adds the zing to the burger.
Vegan Sloppy Joe
Ingredients - Tempayy mince tossed in sweet and sour sauce, peppers,
onion
Review – Being hard-core tempayy fans, we expected some chunks
too but the recipe incorporates them in mince form. Nevertheless, this vegan
option is surely a blockbuster sell-out when it comes to flavours and textures.
A lip-smacking treat for the vegetarian clan. Go for it!

Beetroot Burger
Ingredients - Beetroot and Coorg black rice burger, avocado cream,
homemade pickles, lettuce
Review – Another scintillating experience. The Chef team has
ensured that some burgers ooze natural juices minus the tanginess. This one is
perfect too with the creamy beetroot patty. The Coorg black rice is used mainly
for the binding so the quixotic mix of beetroot and black rice is not evident. The
avocado cream is drool worthy.
Toast & Tonic has always managed to capture the soul of world cuisine and blended it with the goodness of Indian ingredients and freshly made products. The ‘Son of A Bun’ Gourmet Burger menu does precisely that – when redefining the burger. Go ahead and feast on it, you can pair your burgers with a beer or a glass of wine too!
