PAIR A DICE CAFE wowed us for its innovative USP's,  one of them being that they have almost 160 board games to play with your friends and family.

Promising to make a breakthrough and offering a non digital entertainment zone for the digitized world, we actually spent almost three hours enjoying the international board games and didn't touch our cell phones at all. What also impressed us also was the exhaustive menu which offers the most craved for dishes for not just kids but the entire family.

PAIR A DICE already has a success story of 2 outlets (one in Mumbai and Kolkata each) so this speaks volumes of Garima Lunawat Bagrecha, the super-achiever visionary who envisioned and dared to come up with this great idea. What sparked our interest more in the café is the fact that it is quite spacious too. It offers a separate party place for groups / corporate events and more in their perfectly designed basement area. Everything about the café has an international feel to it and perfection has been the prime focus. 

On the food front, we tried the Nachos Mexicana, Baked Mexican jacket potatoes and Enchiladas. The food is of premium taste, the spice quotient being underplay and yes they do have some additions which we must disclose. They have a vegetarian menu plus some good alternatives on the kids menu. So organizing your kid’s birthday party out here is definitely recommended. For desserts, we tried the Mud pie with vanilla which was surely the sweet ending to our trip. The Strawberry and Blue Curcao mocktails were soothing and set the mood right. 

WHAT’S HOT IN MUMBAI was surely impressed with the passionate, enterprising entrepreneur Garima Lunawat Bagrecha whose brainwave has escalated the business to three folds.

The Powai café is the third branch, the first one being at Andheri Oshiwara and one in her hometown Kolkata. The foresighted vision of tapping this niche of involving diners into playing some interactive board games and taking the business further is truly commendable. A mother of two kids, Garima manages to balance the home and work front and has strong aspirations. Of course, she does admit it is her family and husband’s support which makes her not just a SUPER MOM but also a SUPER BUSINESS WOMAN.
