Every endeavor is made to ensure that the décor is colorful, vibrant and a perfect 10 to be an Instagrammable venue. WHAT’S HOT IN MUMBAI strongly recommends ViVi Italian Bar and Kitchen, the latest addition to Thane's culinary scene. Located in the precincts of THE THANE CLUB, ViVi stands out boldly to the name symbolism which translates to "live" or "be alive" in Italian.

The interiors are mesmerizing, eclectic and vibrantly colorful. We loved the soothing effect of watching the soothing blue waters of the Olympic sized swimming pool which faces the cafe’s exterior. Helmed by the powerhouse, Niketa Sharma who is backed by her years of experience in the hospitality industry - a round of applause also to Ankita Sharma, the  creative genius behind ViVi Italian Bar & Kitchen design.  Every corner of ViVi Italian Bar & Kitchen is adorned with intricate decor elements which make the ambience totally an Instagrammable spot loaded with fine touches of nostalgia and charm.

Besides the breath-taking view and fancy spots for creating some awesome content , ViVi has the ultimate glam element of being the perfect date venue for the GenZ millennials. More so, the menu has all the most-loved dishes which today’s generation loves to feast on. Although the unique dishes on their menu include exotic, untouched variations to pizzas and pastas, we chose to opt out beyond the wood fired pizzas or pastas and dabbled with some lip-smacking choices from their menu. 

Our choices were bang-on and reflected like an Italian prism that fragmented into the perfect richness, textures and miraculous undercurrents of succulent flavors of Italy. Minute attention has been placed on flavor, texture and richness for every dish. The plating is mind-boggling and adventurous we must say. We are sure loads of R&D must have gone into the innovation of the dish dynamics without repeating the done-to-death dishes available with the competition. 

Our Recommendations:

Start off with the Berry caprese salad which is the perfect palate cleanser. The wood fried cheese dough balls with garlic herbs are a perfect pairing with Spinach and ricotta ravioli (yummy tastes). The Lamb tortellini with saffron butter sauce is an exotic fiesta which would leave a lingering effect. The Creamy tomato risotto with burrata is a spell-blending achievement from the Chef’s table which shouldn’t be missed. All these dishes were pitch-perfect and scintillating. 

Another showstopper of a dish is the Signature Tiramisu dessert which is made live on the table. An outstanding creation which would turn out to be a blazoning trendsetter in the hospitality world and a blockbuster hit with the diners. On the cocktail front, don’t forget to order the Bella Chow which is scintillating and the mocktail Ginger Musami which is a fantastic palate cleanser too. 

Kudos to the team at ViVi for this outstanding menu. We are tempted to revisit soon and explore the pizzas, pastas and the remaining desserts which are pretty enticing. 

Great job from the entire team, especially the service staff who were always smiling and on their toes to pamper us to royalty.
