WHAT’S HOT IN MUMBAI REVIEW:
Cantonese cuisine is typified by simple dishes that are all about clear. There is no blast of spices in the food. The Cantonese dishes we savoured had very few heavy spices, letting main ingredients speak for themselves. The Cantonese have an obsession with freshness so one can expect loads of fresh, green veggies which ooze out natural flavours and taste. The spice flavours lack excessive manipulation and the ultimate effect is endearing.
The desserts counter has an array of sweet treats to choose from - the Japanese cheesecake, the thousand layer cake and some matcha delights too. Striking visual colored treats made it difficult to choose from.
Our strong recommendation to all food lovers who would love to experiment with sushi, dimsums, Wok specials. The Cantonese menu also showcases forgotten recipes from the Orient, sumptuous roasted meats, delicate dimsums, Chef’s signature salt & pepper shrimp and more. You can relish the authenticity and finesse of Cantonese cuisine while enjoying the elegant ambiance of our serene oasis
