The milky white backdrop, creatively blending the bar has color breakers of lush foliage which lead to the expansive sea-facing deck. The mustard and green furnishings add a stylish yet cozy touch which program you to spend some quintessential moments with your soul mate or also ideal for business meetings or a gathering with friends.

This classic Japanese dish that has gained international fame, offers a melt-in-your-mouth experience that’s both delicate and deeply flavored. The black cod, known for its silky texture and rich flavor was perfectly marinated in a sweet miso paste. The flavour tones are beautifully rich and savory-sweet crust that perfectly complemented the buttery softness of the fish. Loved the perfection of this dish.

Avocado ‘Bhajji’ with Blue cheese and celery dip is a delightful fusion that marries the crispiness of Indian street food with the creamy richness of Western flavors. The ‘Bhajji’, a traditional Indian fritter, gets a modern twist with the buttery texture of avocado, offering a soft contrast to the crunchy exterior. On a personal note, we missed the extra spice tinge but the Parsi style of cooking has always had a subdued note.

While having conversations over Cocktails, it's an elementary must to oder the Little Toasts portion which offers a variety. Our tasting potion garnered a gourmet symphony of flavors, each bite a testament to the art of fine appetizers. The roast beetroot elevated the creamy tang of feta and the rich acidity of balsamic. The truffled wild mushroom toasts are a luxurious affair, with the unmistakable aroma of truffles infusing every morsel. On the other hand, the goat cheese and onion jam combination is a classic pairing, where the sharpness of the goat cheese is beautifully balanced by the sweet and savory onion jam. Together, these Little Toasts are not just food; they’re a culinary experience—each one offering a unique and exquisite flavor profile that promises to delight the palate.

There were a host of other bar bites which we tried since their menu is quite exhaustive and a magnanimous choice to choose from.

An outstanding sour mix adds a refreshing sharpness, balancing the cocktail’s sweetness and enhancing its rich palate.

If you are looking for a vibrant cocktail creation that combines the clean taste of vodka with the earthy sweetness of turmeric honey syrup the Yellow Pages is a perfect bet. We loved the zesty lime, citrusy punch, the chamomile tea infused gentle floral note. Surely refreshing and soothing blend.
