Acai Charcoal bowl – Charcoal when blended aith Acai has always been praised for its health benefits, including promoting heart health and aiding digestion. And we totally agree with it. On first impressions, this bowl containing activated charcoal does give the the bowl an unusual color. But surely this doesn’t detract from the delicious taste of the acai. We chose to have ours with no bananas and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Acai Charcoal bowl is a creative twist on the traditional acai bowl, incorporating activated charcoal known for its detoxifying properties. Acai, activated charcoal, frozen pineapple, blueberry and coconut flakes added as a color breaker have a dramatic effect. The texture is thick, rich and heavenly, not to mention the chilled overtones. One of the best healthy bowls we had. Don't miss out on this one.

The Acai coconut mocktail is a refreshing and exotic drink that’s perfect for those who enjoy tropical flavors. The rich, berry taste of acai with the chilled sweetness of coconut make this beverage invigorating, satisfying and heavenly. With a balance of sweet and tart flavors, it’s one drink you should never miss. Pure indulgence and true testament of the rustic flavours of Acai.
The Tapioca wrap is a Brazilian street food which is healthy and gluten free. The thin crust of overnight soaked tapioca skillfully holds the Fungi mushroom and cheese. The subtle textures are overwhelmed with the filling which makes it more succulent with the game changing dip. Another inference here is our 'Indian dosa' although the tapioca wrap tightly snuggles with the filling unlike our version. Quite an indigenous creation which is light and tasty.

Tapioca dice – Dadinho de tapioca is a popular Brazilian snack that has received rave reviews for its unique texture and flavor. It consists of small, cube-shaped bites that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, typically made with tapioca flour and cheese. A strong resemblance to our very Indian snack 'Sabudana vada', the only difference being that these are cube shaped. We loved the crisp texture and the cheesy interior. The game changer here (and in most dishes) is the apple-pepper sauce / dip which adds the dramatic tinge to this yummy nibbling snack.
The Brazilian Surf and Turf is a meal that’s not only filling but also brings a taste of Brazil’s culinary diversity to the table. The flavorful combination of land and sea are smoothly blended with the Chicken steak, thyme-butter prawns, sweet potato mash, sourdough bread. The chicken is grilled to perfection (succulent, juicy and tender), paired with succulent sautéed shrimp are dynamite. The sweet potato mash creates a harmonious blend when you pair it the magical, secret Acai sauce. Make sure you ask for it.
Chia oatmeal mango pudding can enjoyed as a nutritious breakfast, a light dessert, or a snack, offering a perfect blend of creaminess and fruitiness with just the right amount of sweetness. The original sweetness quotient is subdued to make it a healthy treat that effectively dabbles as a dessert post your meal. The three-layered combo of the chia pudding, soaked rolled oatmeal, mango, pumpkin seeds, coco nibs, granola make it a delightful treat which is satiating. Fresh mango chunks add a tropical vibe, while a mix of berries provides bursts of flavor and color. Stunning and scintillating!
