WHAT’S HOT IN MUMBAI had the delightful experience of attending this Thai Food Festival, which we can confidently say it was a true “symphony of flavours”. Each dish played its own unique note, harmonizing to create an unforgettable culinary experience.
The “Graciously Thai” Food Festival is more than just a feast; it was a
beautifully orchestrated *symphony of flavours*. Each dish, each aroma, and
each moment came together to create an unforgettable experience that left us
longing for another encore. We left not only with a satisfied palate but with a
deeper appreciation for the artistry of Thai cuisine. If you have the chance to
attend it for Diwali this year, don’t miss the opportunity to experience this
harmonious celebration of food and culture.

As you enter INDIA JONES, the vibrant colors and intoxicating aromas enveloped
me like a warm embrace. The restaurant has a welcoming, holistic and eclectic
aura which mesmerizes you. Intricate Thai decorations beckon with promises of
culinary masterpieces. The air was filled with the tantalizing scents of
lemongrass, cilantro, and spices, each scent contributing to the overall melody
of the event.
What
we recommend:
Tom kha soup - a beautifully composed symphony, each ingredient adding its own unique note to the overall melody. From the moment you take a spoonful, the flavors begin to unfold like the introduction of a grand orchestral piece. One of the best Thai soups we have tried in recent times.

Satay Grilled skewers - We chose small portions of a combination of Belgian pork belly, freshwater prawns and chicken. The Pork Belly is reminiscent of a bright flute soaring above the strings.
Goong Mangkorn (Cochin lobster tail stir fried with Thai chillies and sweet basil) is nothing short of a culinary concerto, a masterful blend of flavors that captivates and delights from the very first bite.
Thaley Phad Pong Curry (Stir fried fish and prawns in celery curry sauce) is a flavourful Magnum Opus. From the first taste to the last lingering note, this dish unfolds like a melodic journey, with each ingredient harmonizing beautifully to create an unforgettable flavor experience.

For Desserts, the Tab Tim Samee, a sweetened coconut milk with jellied water chestnut is a delightful dessert that embodies the essence of a carefully composed symphony, where each element contributes to a melodious experience that lingers long after the last bite.
Service and hospitality is supreme and pure luxe. INDIA JONES we
are coming back for AN ENCORE – The Sizzling Symphony has surely imparted an
