The Table side Carnival experience of Kala khatta Burrata salad is an audaciously eclectic amalgamation wherein the tangy nostalgia of kala khatta pirouettes with the velvety Burrata, choreographed amidst arugula’s peppery defiance and the dulcet grace of grape and blueberry preserves.

Our choice for a light dessert was the Aam sutra - A hedonistic tropical titillation, where mango sorbet seduces coconut rasmalai in an opulent ménage-à-dessert, all ensconced in a cloud of rabdi foam—an epicurean escapade for sure!
