odyssey. These pillowy soft, deceptively unassuming spheres are clandestinely
infused with a sizzling, secretive stuffing that titillates the palate and

BIHARI KEBAB – A mellifluous mélange of succulence and spice.
The meat is marinated with near-liturgical reverence, culminating in a kebab
that is not merely consumed but venerated. The accompanying tomato purée dip
offers a tangy counterpoint of sublime sophistication.
BUTTER CHICKEN SEEKH KEBAB – When persuasion turns prophetic. Our
server’s emphatic recommendation led us to a dish so exquisitely conceived, we
were left rhapsodic. The luscious seekh kebabs, ensconced in a velvety makhani
gravy and escorted by diminutive, yet delightful, naans—sheer ambrosia on a
plate.
SARAS DABELI KACHORI – Street food, reimagined with

We imbibed the DESI GIRL and the GULAABO,
